Eliminate hand polishing. Glass breakage associated directly with hand polishing can subsequently reduce your total glassware stocks and in some cases, cause injury to staff. By removing the need of hand polishing this can be reduced to around 1% or less which is a significant saving for any hospitality business.

Variable washing pressure adjustment. Every UC comes with variable water pressure regulation as standard: »VarioPower« adjusts the washing pressure precisely to the type of wash items and how dirty they are. Fine glasses and fragile bowls are washed at low water pressure, while sturdy dishes are washed at a higher water pressure. Soiling is removed without fail in this way – while the dishes are treated gently.
Touch Screen. Easy and clear: the touch screen with self-explanatory pictograms is intuitive to use. The start button works on the basis of the one-button principle and simultaneously indicates the progress of the wash cycle. Upon entering their PIN, chefs and service technicians have access to a secure area with additional functions.
