Ideal for authentic Italian style pizzerias or the busy commercial bakery, the Turbofan P8M 8 Tray Manual electric Proving Cabinet combines both proofing and holding functions to maximise versatility and efficiency. With a large 8 full size tray capacity, the Turbofan can accommodate large batches of dough and is designed to offer the optimum conditions for dough to rise properly before baking. Once you've made the bread or pastry, the Turbofan also doubles as a high capacity holding cabinet, keeping your products deliciously warm until service.
