These features extend the quality of your cooked chicken, considerably reducing the rate at which the product degrades as well as maintaining texture.
The DKN-GN4 water reservoir is in the base whilst the upper tier is a dry heat holding compartment.
Both levels are heated by a halogen lamp from the top.
