Combi Care is an essential companion to Combi Clean, ensuring the effective maintenance of combination ovens. Its advanced formula is meticulously designed to neutralize residual alkaline substances left behind after the cleaning process, preserving the integrity of the oven and enhancing its optimal performance. As part of a comprehensive maintenance routine, it supports thorough cleaning while preventing potential chemical imbalances, ensuring a hygienic and reliable cooking environment. 

• Preparation:
1. Check the combi oven manufacturer’s manual to confirm compatibility with the oven’s surfaces.
2. Remove any debris with a non-metal spatula and verify that the water supply is on.
• Usage:

1. When surface is clean can be used as a spray application or fed through a dispensing unit (if dispensing unit is used, follow manufacturers instructions).
2. If spray application is used, spray onto a surface that needs to be neutralised, wipe down with a clean paper towel, and proceed with thoroughly rinsing with water.
3. The recommended dilution rate is 1:20-1:40, can be varied depending on the application.
4. It is highly recommended that you read your Oven manufactures manual prior to using product, to determine if product is suitable to be used on surface.
