Designed with the user in mind, the Caterlite hot plate's dial control makes changing and setting the temperature simple while the power-on indicator light helps prevent accidental contact from staff and customers with the hot surface. A handy adjustable gauge allows a quick temperature change, so different types of foods can keep warm for extended periods. The Caterlite also features side handles so the unit can be safety and easily moved and positioned, even when its fully loaded.
