This double tank induction fryer brings all the performance and convenience of induction cooking to your kitchen without the need for hardwired installation, so you can easily fry fish, chips, doughnuts, or chicken quickly and efficiently.

Unlike a standard fryer, the induction coil provides an even heat around the fryer's tank which serves to reduce oil scolding. This coil helps to extend the lifespan of your oil and minimise waste.

With no exposed elements and a handy drain tap, cleaning is made much faster and easier in comparison to conventional fryers. Ideal for restaurants, takeaways, kiosks and more.

Each of the 7.5ltr capacity tanks are independently powered with a 3-pin 13A plug creating an impressive output and a fast turnover time.  Two separate plugs are required in total.
