XLT conveyor air impingement ovens deliver a consistent cook, time and time again, without relying on a skilled operator. This compact, countertop unit provides a versatile solution for cooking a wide variety of products within a small footprint - ideal for cafes, restaurants, takeaways, fast food, pubs and clubs.
- Compact countertop design does not need to be under an exhaust canopy*
- 16" wide conveyer belt and 20" long cook chamber
- Conveyor assembly easily slides out from the front when door is removed leaving clear open access to the internal chamber for easy cleaning
- Heavy-duty drive coupling and conveyer shaft
- All panels including internal oven chamber manufactured in high grade 304 stainless steel for longevity, easy cleaning and rust resistance
- Simple set digital controller for temperature and conveyer speed, with 12 customisable program settings available
- Controller and electrical box positioned well away from the oven heat, which helps extend the life span of the electrical components
- Internal air fingers are removeable for easy cleaning
- Includes outer 'cool skin' door cover which can be custom coloured on request
- Stackable up to 3 ovens high
- 2-year parts and labour warranty
- Supply of a Clipsal 56 series 32 Amp plug and lead
- Production capacity: approximately 36 x 10" pizzas per hour (based on a 4-minute cook time)

One 1620 oven on its own should not require to be under an exhaust extraction canopy. Two or three ovens stacked may require installation under a commercial extraction canopy.
