This professional series chargrill has been impressively redesigned with 33mj/h E-burners, which deliver enhanced efficiency, faster heat recovery, and consistent heat distribution across the entire cooking surface.  Airflow and shielding have also both been significantly improved, ensuring components are better protected, prolonging unit longevity and performance in the longer term.

Performance:

Stainless Steel E-burners heat up the cooking surface rapidly, but more importantly, achieves the heat recovery required for continuous service in the busiest of restaurants. You can opt for ceramic rocks at no extra cost, enhancing the flavour of your food with added smokiness.

Cleaning & Servicing:

• Easy access to all parts & components from front.

The grates, shields, burners and trays can be easily removed for cleaning.  Large drip trays capture food and grease effectively, which is further aided by sloped J-shaped grates which encourage fat run-off towards the front trough.

While reliability has been enhanced, emphasis has been placed on improving unit serviceability.  All components are more easily accessible to service technicians, reducing the time required for servicing, minimising maintenance costs and downtime.
